Identify problems
In the initial discussions, the focus is on defining the customer's goals regarding product quality and process efficiency and identifying potential areas for optimization. This usually requires an on-site appointment.
Show solutions
Once the potentials have been analyzed, I present the most economically viable solutions in a report, which are then discussed and weighed with the customer in terms of their advantages and disadvantages.
